MORE: They're also creating a NE Arts District Bike Map to encourage bicycle traffic during Arts District events and Art Crawls. An admirable project.

Ice Bike races are on for tomorrow, Feb. 11

From the HPVA website:
As of 8AM Feb. 9 the race is a "Go"
Ice is good except for some cracking.
We will get a crack filling team going, starting about 9AM. Volunteers welcome.
Some representatives from Team Sibley should be there, look for us.
